The Project
A smaller-scale job assisting Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa with the installation and setup of a used boiler, drawing methane from bore water to add extra heat to the pool complex's heating circuits.
The Challenge
The plant room was already tightly packed, with a mix of existing materials and previous work of varying standards to work around and tie into cleanly.
What We Did
We fabricated pipework in place, site-measured and fabricated a stainless steel flue section, and completed the water tie-ins efficiently, building in ease of future maintenance from the outset.
The Result
The boiler is running well, with only minimal remedial work needed after handover.
